缺血性脑血管病患者应用CT灌注成像的颅内外动脉旁路移植术治疗的效果分析

摘    要:目的 探讨应用CT灌注成像的颅内外动脉旁路移植术对缺血性脑血管病患者的治疗效果.方法 收集2015年1月至12月人院的80例缺血性脑血管病患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予头颅CT平扫的颅内外动脉旁路移植术,实验组则给予CT灌注成像的颅内外动脉旁路移植术,比较两组患者治疗前后相关CT参数与6个月NIHSS随访结果.结果 实验组患者术后一周rCBF水平显著高于对照组,rCBV、rMTr与rT'P水平均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组患者术后6个月NIHSS评分显著低于对照组[(2.27±0.39)vs.(2.88±0.48)],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 应用CT灌注成像的颅内外动脉旁路移植术对缺血性脑血管病患者的治疗效果显著,具有借鉴性.

Curative effect analysis of extracranial-intracranial arterial bypass by CT perfusion imaging in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease
Abstract:Objective To discuss the curative effect of extracranial-intracranial arterial bypass by CT perfusion imaging in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 80 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Control group was treated with extracranial-intracranial arterial bypass by cranium CT scan,while experimental group was treated with extracranial-intracranial arterial bypass by CT perfusion imaging.CT relevant parameters and NIHSS in 6 months' follow-up after operation were compared.Results The level of rCBF of experimental group 1 week after operation was significantly higher than that of control group,the levels of rCBV,rMTT,and rTTP were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.01).The NIHSS score of experimental group 6 months after operation was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of extracranial-intracraniai arterial bypass by CT perfusion imaging in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease is significant,of reference.
