氩氦刀联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理体会

目的 观察氩氦刀联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗效果与临床护理.方法 对65例晚期非小细胞肺癌合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者行氩氦刀消融治疗后再行化疗,护士做好手术前的呼吸道管理及健康宣教,手术后做好气胸、出血等并发症的观察与护理,并根据化疗用药做好有针对性的指导,使患者顺利配合完成整个治疗.结果 65例患者均基本顺利完成治疗.CT报告显示氩氦刀术后外周肺癌病灶较治疗前有所缩小,有利于肿瘤的局部治疗,且未出现严重不良反应.结论 氩氦刀作为一种新型治疗手段,联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌达到较好的疗效,对于合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,护理上需注意加强围手术期的呼吸功能锻炼,做好术前术后护理,可减少并发症的发生.

Nursing experience of argon-helium cryosurgery combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC complicating by COPD

Objective To observe the effect and nursing experience of argon-helium cryosurgery combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC complicating by COPD.Methods 65 patients with advanced NSCLC complicating by COPD were treated with sequentially combinative therapy of argon-helium cryosurgery and chemotherapy.The nurses completed respiratory tract management and health education before operation,observation and nursing care of pneumothorax,bleeding,and other complications after operation,specific guidance during chemotherapy,to help the patients complete the whole treatment.Results 65 patients all completed the whole treatment.CT report showed that peripheral lung lesions shrank after argon-helium cryosurgery,to the benefit of local treatment of tumor,without serious adverse reactions.Conclusions As a new type of treatment method,argon-helium cryosurgery combined with chemotherapy can get good effectiveness in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.For patients with advanced NSCLC complicating by COPD,the nurses should strengthen perioperative respiratory functional exercise,apply preoperative and postoperative nursing care to the patients,which can reduce the occurrence of complications.
