高频振荡通气治疗新生儿重症肺炎并呼吸衰竭的护理探讨

目的 针对新生儿重症肺炎并呼吸衰竭,讨论实施高频振荡通气治疗过程中的护理方法,为日后的临床护理提供参考与指导.方法 选择本院2013年3月至2015年9月收治的重症肺炎并呼吸衰竭新生儿86例为研究对象,应用随机数表法划分为观察组及对照组.两组新生儿均接受高频振荡通气治疗,观察组新生儿应用综合护理,对照组新生儿应用常规护理,对比两组新生儿家长的护理满意度.结果 观察组新生儿家长护理满意度为95.4％,对照组为72.1％,观察组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 针对重症肺炎并呼吸衰竭新生儿,临床实施高频振荡通气治疗,配合实施有效的护理方法,可以帮助新生儿有效缓解病痛,延长寿命,治疗效果更为突出,值得临床推广应用.

Nursing care of newborns with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure treated by high frequency oscillatory ventilation

Objective To discuss the nursing methods for high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonatal severe pneumonia and respiratory failure,and to provide reference and guidance for clinical nursing in the future.Methods 86 newborns with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure in our hospital from March 2013 to September 2015 were selected as the research object,and divided into observation group and control group with the random number table.The newborns in both two groups were treated with high frequency oscillatory ventilation.The newborns in observation group received comprehensive nursing care,while the newborns in control group received routine nursing care.Compared the nursing satisfaction degree of parents of two groups.Result The nursing satisfaction degree of parents of observation group was 95.4％,that of control group was 72.1％,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions For newborns with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure,high frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with effective nursing methods can effectively relieve the pain of newborns,prolong the life,with more significant therapeutic effect,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
