| 摘 要： | 目的探讨关节置换术后贫血的原因及护理对策。方法对176例人工髋、膝关节置换患者于术前、术日、术后第1天、术后第3天、术后第7天抽静脉血进行血常规检查，对其结果进行统计分析。结果术后24h为出血高峰期，1～3d为贫血较重阶段，术后第3天血红蛋白及红细胞压积均为最低值，且贫血的临床表现也最重，为术后危重时段，也是观察重点时段。结论人工关节置换术后1周血常规的变化与病情密切相关，制定相应的护理对策，及时纠正贫血及代谢紊乱，是术后顺利康复、取得良好疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the reasons of anaemia and nursing management after total hip arthroplasty(THA) and total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods The blood routine of 176 patients with THA and TKA was observed on pre-operation,operative day and d1,d3,d7 after operation,then the results were statistically analyzed.Results Bleeding reached the peak in 24 h post-operation,serious anaemia occured in d3 post-operation,which was the dangerous stage and need special nursing.Conclusion Nursing managements have to be done according to the blood routine in one week post-operation,this is the key point for good clinical outcome. |
