推拿配合牵引锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的：观察推拿配合牵引锻炼治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）的疗效。方法：对符合纳入KOA诊断标准患者98例，随机分为观察组50例和对照组48例。观察组采用推拿、牵引和锻炼治疗，对照组单独采用推拿治疗。两组均治疗2个疗程后进行疗效比较。结果：观察组显效30例（60．0％），有效19例（38．0％），无效1例（2．0％），总有效率98．0％；对照组显效22例（45．8％），有效20例（11．7％），无效6例（12．5％），总有效率87．5％。两组总有效率比较，差异显著（P〈o．05）。结论：推拿配合牵引锻炼治疗KOA疗效更显著。

Objective：Observation massage coordination hauling exercise treatment knee joint osseous arthritis （KOA） curative effect. Methods：To tallies integrates KOA to diagnose the standard patient 98 examples,divides into the observation group 50 exam- pies and the control group 48 examples stochastically. The observation group uses the massage, the hauling and the exercise treat- ment, the control group alone uses the massage treatment. After two groups treat 2 treatment courses to carry on the curative effect comparison. Results： The observation group shows results 30 examples （60.0% ）, effective 19 examples （38.0 %）,invalid 1 example （2.0%） ,total effectiveness 98.0K ;The control group shows results 22 examples （45.8%） ,effective 20 examples （41.7%） ,invalid 6 examples （12.5 %）, total effectiveness 87.5 %. Two group of total effectiveness comparisons, difference remarkable （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Massages the coordinate hauling exercise to treat the KOA curative effect to be more remarkable.
