胃癌患者血浆、胃液和胃肠粘膜中胃动素含量的研究

 目的 探讨胃动素与胃癌的关系， 了解胃动素的临床意义。方法 应用放射免疫法测定17 例胃癌患者和20 例正常人血浆、胃液和胃肠粘膜（ 十二指肠降部、幽门前区和癌变处）中胃动素的含量。结果 胃癌患者血浆和胃液中胃动素水平大幅度增高， 胃液中胃动素含量是血液中的15 ～30 倍。结论 胃动素与胃癌的发生和发展有关， 胃液中高水平的胃动素可作为胃癌的辅助指标。

Study on the Contents of Motilin in Plasma, Gastric Juice and Gastroduodenal Mucosa in Patients with Gastric Cancer

Objective To investigate the possible relationship between Motilin (MTL) and gastric cancer (GC).Methods MTL contents in plasma,gastric juice and gastroduodenal mucosa including duodenum descendens,pre pylorus and lesion from 17 cases of GC and 20 normal controls have been measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Reaults MTL levels in plasma and gastric juice in GC group were significantly higher than those in the normal controls,The MTL contents in gastric juice was 15～30 times as many as that in plasma.Conclusion MTL may play a important role in pathogenesis and development of GC,furthermore high level of MTL in gastric juice could be a useful marker for diagnosis of GC.
