CD44V3、CD44V6基因蛋白在卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

 目的 探讨恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中CD44V₃ 、CD44V₆ 的表达及其临床意义。方法 用免疫组织化学方法，检测41 例卵巢恶性肿瘤、20 例卵巢良性肿瘤和21 例正常卵巢组织中CD44V₃ 、CD44V₆ 基因蛋白的表达情况并分析相关的临床病理因素。结果 CD44V₃、CD44V₆ 表达阳性率恶性组显着高于良性组和正常组；有转移者CD44V₃ 、CD44V₆ 阳性率显着高于无转移者，转移灶阳性率高于原发灶；CD44V₃、CD44V₆ 阳性表达者近期疗效比阴性者差；CD44V₃ 、CD44V₆ 阳性表达率与病理类型、组织学级别无关。结论 CD44V₃、CD44V₆ 与近期疗效有关，可作为评估预后的指标。

Expression of CD44V3, CD44V6 and Its Clinical Significance in Malignant Ovarian Rumor

Objective To detect the expression of CD44V₃,CD44V 6 in ovarian carcinoma and to investigate its clinical significance in malignant ovarian tumor.Methods The immunohistochemical stain was used to detect the expression proteins of CD44V₃,CD44V ₆ in biopsy samples of 41 malignant ovarian tumors,20 benign ovarian tumors and 21 normal controls.Results (1) the positive expression rates of CD44V ₃,CD44V ₆ protein in malignance were significantly higher than that in benign and control; (2) The positive expression rates of CD44V ₃,CD44V ₆ in residual foci which 2cm were signiicantly higher than that residual foci which were≤2cm.(3) The positive expression rates of CD44V ₃,CD44V₆n metastatic focus were significantly higher than that in primary focus;the positive expression rates in the pirmary focus with metastasis were significantly higher than that without metastasis.(4) The short term curative effects of patient with positive expression of CD44V₃,CD44V ₆were significantly lower than that of negative patients with such expression.(5) No significant correlation was observed between the positive expression rate of CD44 and pathological type,or histological grade in cancer tissue,Conclusion The over expression of CD44V ₃,CD44V ₆ was correlated with the curative effects,it would be a new marker for evaluating the curative effects and prognosis.
