| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年人胃癌癌细胞浸润深度与癌周肥大细胞（MC） 的关系。方法 用俾士麦棕染色观察103 例老年人胃癌和72 例青年人胃癌癌周MC.结果 老年人胃癌累及浆膜病例少于青年人胃癌（ P< 0-01） ; 而癌周MC计数均数≥23 个HPF的病例多于青年人胃癌（ P<0-01）.结论 老年人胃癌癌周MC密度较高， 可能是其累及浆膜相对较少的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objectives In order to find out the relationship between gastric cancerous infiltrative depth and mast cell(MC) around the cancer in the elderly.Methods Bismark brown staining wethod was used for observation of MC around the cancer in 103 elderly and 72 youth patients with gastric cancer.Results Elderly cases of serosa with cancerous infiltration were less than youth ones ( P 0 01);but elderly cases of MC mean around the cancer ≥23/HPF were more than youth ones ( P 0 01).Conclusion Elderly gastric cancer with denser MC around the cancer may be one of the reasons why elderly cases of serosa with cancerous infiltration were less than youth ones. |
