| 摘 要： | 勃起功能障碍是糖尿病的常见并发症之一 ,由糖尿病引起的血管组织、神经及神经递质以及内分泌因素的改变导致 ,针对发病机制有多种治疗手段 ,包括PDE5抑制剂、胰岛素、雄激素、药物联合治疗和外科治疗、基因治疗等。

| Abstract: | Erectile dysfunction is a familiar complication of diabetes mellitus, which results from combined factors of impairment to the vascular structure of the penis, the pathological changes in neural system and neural transmitters, and endocrine disorders. There are numerous therapeutic options for the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction, including medicines like PDE5 inhibitors, insulin, androgen, surgical therapy and gene therapy. |
