低温烫伤的特点及治疗

目的：总结低温烫伤的致伤原因和治疗方法。方法：分析92例不同原因低温烫伤的特点,有针对性地开展治疗。结果：手术患者愈合时间短,治疗效果良好;换药患者愈合时间长,留有明显瘢痕,影响功能及外观。结论：保暖及家庭理疗设备使用不当是引起低温烫伤的主要原因,因患者不重视病情而延误治疗,导致创面感染而使病情加重。

Characteristics and treatment of low - temperature burns

Objective：To summarize the injury causes and therapies for patients with cryogenic bums. Methods：The features of 92 patients including outpatients and inpatients with cryogenic burns for different reasons were analyzed and patients were taken targeted therapies. Results： Healing time for patients who received operation was short and treatment result was better,while healing time for patients who received medication was long and it left obvious scar which affects function and appearance. Conclusion ： The misuse of keeping warm and household physiotherapy equipment is the main reason for cryogenic bums. Delayed treatment owing to patients ignoring state of illness may cause the wound infection and worsen state of illness.
