摘    要:本文应用ED_(40)、ED_(50)和ED_(60)3种剂量水平吡喹酮,对感染了长江中下游与西南地区日本血吸虫的C_(57)BL小鼠作治疗实验,以其减虫率检测虫体对吡喹酮的敏感性。实验结果,提示安徽、湖北、四川和云南4地日本血吸虫对吡喹酮呈现相似的敏感性。

Abstract:In the present study, groups of C57BL inbred mice infected with each of 4 different isolates of Schistosoma japonicurn from the mainland of China were reated with praziquantel and parasiticidal effects were compared . Worm reduction rate was designed to assess systematically the sensitivity of 4 different isolates to praziquantel in the mouse. Three dosage-levels of praziquantel, i. e. 150, 230 and 310 mg/kg body weight of mouse in single dose were used in our therapeutic experiments. Mice were reated 5 weeks after infection and worms were retrieved from the mice by perfusion 4 weeks after treatment. Our results indicated that the worm reduction rate from Sichuan isolate was lower than that of the other three isolates, however the differences were not statistically significant (P> 0. 05). This suggested that schistosomes from Anhui , Hubei, Sichuan and Yunnan isolates were similar in drug response.
