抗精神病药引起肠梗阻回顾研究

目的：探讨住院精神疾病患者肠梗阻的原因及影响因素。方法：对近６年间我院住院的患者中９例患者发生的１０次肠梗阻进行回顾分析。结果：发生肠梗阴时有９次患者所服药物中有氯氮平（９０％），有１例患者单一使用奋乃静。经停药或减少抗精神病药、灌肠及加用胃肠动力药，大多数患者病情很快好转，但有１例突然死亡。结论：抗精神病药可能较易引起麻痹性肠梗阻，以氯氮坪最为严重。氯氮平引发肠梗阻与剂量关系不大，而可能与个体对

Retrospective study on intestinal obstruction caused by antipsychotic drugs

Objective:To investigate the cause and the influencing factors of the intestinal obstruction which was induced by antipsychotic drugs. Method:The clinical data of patients with intestinal obstruction in last 8 years were studied retrospectively. Results:Nine cases were treated with clozapine, only one patient was treated with perphenazine. Most patients improved quickly and greatly by stopping or decreasing the does of antipsychotic drugs and giving other related treatments. But one patient died very quickly after the intestinal obstruction. Conclusion:Antipsychotic drugs, especially clozapine, appear to be more easy to cause the intestinal obstruction than other ordinary pharmaceutics. The intestinal obstruction induced by clozapine may be correlated with the individual sensitivity,not the drug doses.
