手背掌指关节浅静脉的穿刺技巧

目的 探讨临床上常用的外周浅静脉穿刺困难时选择手背掌指关节浅静脉穿刺的技巧.方法 选择性穿刺手背掌指关节近心端、掌指关节间和掌指关节远心端的浅静脉.结果 只要手背掌指关节浅静脉的穿刺和固定方法得当,穿刺成功率占90%以上,同样能完成经静脉途径的治疗和检查任务.结论 病人外周浅静脉条件差或者是病人有主观的原因不愿穿刺临床上常用的浅静脉时,可以选择穿刺手背掌指关节附近的浅静脉.

Techniques of superficial vein puncture on the metacarpophalangeal joint of opisthenar

Objective To investigate techniques of superficial vein puncture on the metacarpophalangeal joint of opisthenar instead of frequently used periphery superfical vein puncture when the latter is difficult. Methods Superficial vein on the proximal part, distal part of metacarpophalangeal joint and interspace between metacarpophalangeal joint were selected to puncture respectively. Results As long as methods for immobilization and puncture were appropriate, the achievement ratio of superficial vein puncture on metacarpophalangeal joint of opisthenar remained high, and therapies and examinations could also accomplishthrough it. Conclusions If the condition of some patients' periphery superficial vein was poor or they were reluctant to receive puncture through frequently used superficial vein, superficial vein puncture on the metacarpophalangeal joint of opisthenar could be chose.
