实验室信息系统对检测后标本的管理

目的实验室信息系统（laboratory information system，LIS）利用样本条码标识建立实验室自动化系统检测后标本的管理流程。方法自动化流水线的标本检测完成后，设计LIS，根据样本条码校验项目完成属性，记录存放位置，检索需复查样本的存放状态，核定样本销毁时限等，实现信息化监控的样本后管理流程。结果建立了实验室自动化系统中标本在线和离线的规范高效管理，实现了检测标本管理流程的各节点监控，可有效预防样本后处理流程中的失误。结论应用该LIS建立了有效的标本管理流程并规范了实验室管理。

Management of samples after examination with clinical laboratory information system

Objective To improve the laboratory information system(LIS)in providing the process for managing the samples after detection with the laboratory automation system(LAS)by using the bar identification code of samples.Methods The improved LIS should be designed in including the following functions for realizing the management processing of the samples after dectection with LAS ie.recording the storing location of samples,retrieving the storage status of samples being checked repeatedly and verifying the time limit for discarding the samples.Results The ontime and offtime standard high efficiency management processes of samples in LAS were established and the monitoring during processing in any time point was realized.Any mistakes during managing process could be avoided effectively.Conclusion The effective management process for samples is established with laboratory information system and the clinical laboratory management is standardized.
