原发急性闭角型青光眼高眼压状态下手术治疗(附22例报告)

对20例(22眼)使用药物后眼压为38．8—59mmHg的原发急性闭角型青光眼患者，采用术中缓慢放液联合巩膜瓣下注入粘弹剂的方法完成小梁切除术，术后观察眼压、前房及视力。结果22只眼眼压均得到控制，视力有不同程度提高，前房虹膜炎症反应轻，无严重并发症。认为小梁切除术中缓慢放液联合巩膜瓣下注入粘弹剂的方法不仅可减少高眼压手术的并发症，且能挽救视功能。

Operation therapy of acute primary angle-closure glaucoma under hyper-intraocular pressure

To observe the necessarity and the clinical effect of operation under hyper intraocular pressure (IOP) of primary acute angle-closure glaucoma.IOP of 20 cases(22 eyes) were not controlled in normal rage after drug treatment,IOP was 38.8 ~59mmHg preoperative.Trabeculectomy was performed by letting liquid out slowly combined with injecting viscoelastic under scleral flap.The result showed that IOP was normal,visual acuity improved,anterior chamber iritis reaction was slight and all patients had not serious complication.This suggests that the method not only reduce operative complication,but also protect visual function.
