34例喉部分切除术临床分析

目的 :探讨喉部分切除术治疗喉癌的疗效。方法 :34例喉癌患者均行喉部分切除术 ,其中单侧声门上水平喉切除术7例 ,声门上水平喉切除术6例 ,声门上水平垂直切除术4例 ,垂直半喉切除术9例 ,扩大垂直喉部分切除术8例。结果 :34例均恢复发音功能 ,拔管率100 %。3、5年生存率分别为79 4 %、70 6 %。结论 :喉部分切除术是治疗喉癌的有效方法 ,应根据病变部位和范围选择术式 ,尽量保留健康喉组织 ,以利保存或修复喉功能

Clinical analysis of 34 cases of partial laryngectomy

Objective:To study the effect of the partial laryngectomy for treating laryngocarcinoma.Methods:The total of 34 cases with laryngocarcinoma were performed partial laryngectomy.Among them,unilateral supraglottic horizontal laryngectomy was 7 cases,supraglottic horizontal larynfectomy was 6 cases,supraglottic horizontal-vertical laryngectomy 4,vertical hemilaryngectomy 9,extended vertical partial laryngectomy 8.Reuslts:All patients recovered phonation function.The decannulation rate was 100%.The 3-and 5-year survival rates of the patients were 79.4% and 70.6% respectively.Conclusion:Partial laryngectomy is an effective method for treating laryngocarcinoma.This method can reserve the health larynx tissue as fully as possible,so as to reverve and repair the larynx function,but the concrete operative pattern is chosen according to the position and extent of pathologic change.
