摘    要:目的 探讨植物-微生物联合修复污染土壤的效果。方法 土培盆栽试验。结果 与供试微生物菌群较适合的植物是玉米,其次是芥菜;适合玉米的最适微生物菌的浓度是100mg/kg,适合芥菜的最适微生物菌的浓度是50mg/kg。结论 植物一微生物联合修复是生物修复的一种有效的形式,其关键是寻找较适合的植物一微生物匹配组合。

Abstract:Objective To investigate plant-microorganism combined bioremediati o n on the contaminated soil. Methods Pot culture with soil. Results The data in dicated that the best partners between plant and microorganism in this study was Zea mays L and the following was Brassica Juncea (L) Zern et coss.The optimum concentration of EM used in this experiment for Zea mays L and Brassica Juncea ( L) Zern et coss was 100?mg/kg (dry soil) and 50?mg/kg (dry soil), respectivel y.Conclusion Plant-microorganism combined bioremediation is an efficient way to remediate contaminated soils, and the key is to seek the best matching partners between plant and microorganism.
