| 摘 要： | 实体瘤中乏氧细胞的存在,可能是其对某些化疗药物不敏感的原因。本实验利用BALB/C Nu/Nu小鼠移植人大肠高分化腺癌肿瘤模型在高压氧(HBO)下进行顺铂(CDDP)化疗,通常条件下化疗以及单纯高压氧处理比较。通过测量肿瘤体积和重量,5—溴脱氧尿苷(Brdu)标记指数。结果表明:HBO下应用CDDP使移植瘤生长受到明显抑制,提示HBO对CDDP有增敏作用。

| Abstract: | The existence of hypoxic cells within a solid tumor could contribute to the resistance of solid tumor to some kinds of chemotherapeutic agents. Using a third generation human weltdifferetiated colon carcinoma xenograft in nude mice BALB/C. We observed the effect of cis-platin(CDDP) on the tumor model under hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) as compared with CDDP treatment in conventional condition and with HBO alone. The tumor sizes and weighs, 5-bromodeovxyuridyte (BrdU) label index of the xenografts were recorded. The preliminary result revealed that the growth of tumor xenograft was significantly inhibited by CDDP treatment under HBO comparing with cpntrol groups (P< 0.01). The present experiment suggested that HBO enhances the effect of CDDP on colon cancer. |
