| 摘 要： | 调节性T细胞(Treg)是一类具有免疫调节和免疫抑制机能的CD4+CD25+T细胞,在多种免疫相关疾病的发病过程中具有重要意义。本文综述近几年来血小板减少性紫癜的发病机制和Treg的研究进展,以及Treg在特发性血小板减少性紫癜发病和治疗中的潜在意义。

| Abstract: | Regulatory T Cells, which are a kind of CD4^＋ T cells with immunological regulation and immune suppression, play key roles in diseases associated with immunity. This paper reviewed the pathogenesy of the thromboeytompenic purpura and the investigational progress of regulatory T Cells, and elucidated the latent meaning and treatments of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. |
