VVI与DDD对起搏术后患者心律失常的影响

对 6 4例VVI和 5 1例DDD起搏患者术前 ,术后 6 ,12个月作心电图、动态心电图、心脏超声心动图检查 ,以评价其心律失常变化及其机制。结果 :VVI起搏者术前房性心律失常 (AA)发生率为 12 .5 % ,术后 12个月为 45 .3% ,术后AA明显增加 ;室性心律失常 (VA)手术前后比较无显著性差别 ;EF值、左室内径、左房内径 ,术后 12个月与术前比较分别为 40 .8%± 5 .2 %vs 5 0 .6 %± 6 .7% ;6 4.2± 9.5vs 5 6 .4± 8.2mm和 39.4± 8.6vs 34 .2± 9.6mm ,P <0 .0 5。DDD起搏者手术前后比较AA、VT、EF值、心腔内径均无显著性差别。结论 :VVI起搏可使AA增加、EF下降、心腔内径增大 ;DDD起搏对心律失常、EF、心腔内径大小均无明显的影响

The Change of Arrhythmias in the Patients With VVI and DDD After Operation

To evaluate the changes of arrhythmias,left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)and cardiac cavity in the patients with VVI and DDD within 12 month after operation,the examination of electrocardiography,ambulatory electrocardiography,echocardio graphy were taken in the 64 patients with VVI and 51 patients with DDD at 6,12 month after operation.Results:In the patients with VVI the atrial arrhythmias(AA) was 12.5% before operation,45.3% at 12 month after operation and the ventricular arrhythmias(VA) hadn′t significant difference after operation.The EF,the size of left ventricular and left atrium at 12 moth after operation compared with before operation were 40.8%±5.2% vs 50.6%±6.7%;64.2±9.5 vs 56.4±8.2 mm and 39.4±8.6 vs 34.2 ±9.6 mm, P< 0.05 .AA,VA,EF,the size of left ventricular and left atrium didn′t significantly difference in the patients with DDD after operation.Conclusion:VVI increased AA,decreased EF,increased the size of left ventricular and left atrium,DDD don′t affect the cardiac arrhythmias,EF,the size of left ventricular and left atrium.
