SPA-ELISA检测肺螨病患者血清螨特异性IgG

应用SPA-ELISA方法,对32例肺螨病患者血清螨特异性IgG进行了检测,并同30名疥疮患者和30名蠕形螨感染者以及32名健康人进行了比较。结果32例肺螨病患者滤纸血片标本的血清反应液呈鲜明的黄色、深黄色,31例疥疮患者和30例蠕形螨感染者以及32名健康人的滤纸血片标本的血清反应液呈微黄色或无色。对比之下有目测可辨的显著差异,与健康人无交叉反应,说明此方法具有高度的特异性和敏感性,对于检测肺螨类的感染或肺螨类变应原引起的变态反应性疾病具有一定的诊断价值,是肺螨病流行病学调查中一种较为理想的免疫血清学方法。

BY SPA-ELISA EXAMINATION THE SPECIALITY IgG OF SERUM OF PULMONARY ACARIASIS

By the method of SPA-ELISA, we had examined the speciality IgG of 32 cases of pulmonary acariasis and also examined 31 cases of sarcoptidosis, 30 cases of demodicidosis and 32 cases shealth peoples.compared those results, we've found that the liquid of serum reaction becomes brightly yellow or deeply yellow in the blood filter paper specimens, but the liquids of scrum reactions in other ,three kinds of cases become slightly yellow or non-colloured. Comparatively, those has the obvious difference of judging by visual method, and it has no cross reaction with the health people. This illustrates that this method of SPA-ELISA has a high degree of speciality and sensitivity, and it has a certain dingnose value to examine the infections of pulmonary acariasis or the allergic diseases caused by pulmonary acariasis allergen.This is-a more ideal immunoserology method in the investigations of pulmonary acariasis epidemiology.
