| 摘 要： | 同时测定130例胸腔积液患者的胸水与血清 LDH 及其同工酶,并运用单因素和逐步回归的统计方法,探讨其在胸水鉴别诊断上的价值。结果表明胸水中 LDH 值有益于渗漏性质的区分,而无助于渗出液良、恶的鉴别,胸水中 LDH_4、LDH_5 与总的LDH 活力变化一致,具有同样临床意义。

| Abstract: | We measured the lactic dehydrogenase and isoenzyme patterns in pleural fluids and serum from 130 patients with pleural effusion with an attempt to differentiate exudative effusions using single factor analysis and stepwise regression method.The results sugg- est that the determination of the pleural fluids LDH levels is of benefit for differentia- ting transudates from exudates but not helpful to the differential diagnosis of exudative pleural effusions.However,clinically,a determination of the pleural fluid LDH_4 and LDH_5 as well as the total pleural fluid LDH levels is helpful. |
