黄连解毒汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察

目的:观察黄连解毒汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将260例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各130例。两组均进行调整饮食及功能锻炼等常规治疗,对照组给予二甲双胍,观察组在此基础上加用黄连解毒汤,治疗周期均为3个月,治疗结束后评定疗效,并对两组患者治疗前后FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c等血糖指标水平进行比较。结果:治疗结束后,观察组临床总有效率为90.77%,显著优于对照组的72.31%(P<0.05);观察组FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c等血糖指标水平显著降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连解毒汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效显著,值得在临床进行推广使用。

Clinical Observation of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction Combined with Metformin in Treating Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huanglian Jiedu decoction combined with mefformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Method 260 cases with type 2 diabetic were randomly divided into observation group and control group,130 eases in each group. The patients in two groups were adjusted diet and exercise routine treatment, the patients in the control group were treated with mefformin, the patients in the observation group were treated with Haanglian Jiedu decoction combined with mefformin, the treatment cycle was 3 months. After treatment,the clinical effects of two groups were evaluated,and the levels of FBG,2hPBG,HbAle before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90. 77% ,sigaaifieandy better than that （72. 31% ） of the control group （P 〈 O. 05 ） ;the levels of FBG ,2hPBG, HbA1 c of the patients in the observation group decreased significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of Huanghan Jicdu decoction combined with mefformin in treating type 2 diabetes is significant,it is worthy of being recommended in the clinic.
