腹腔镜疝修补、无张力疝修补及传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效对比

目的:探讨腹腔镜疝修补、无张力疝修补及传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效差异。方法:回顾性分析410例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料,根据手术方式不同,将患者分为三组,术后比较三组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术后疼痛时间,并对术后并发症及复发情况进行评价。结果:与传统疝修补术比较,腹腔镜疝修补术和无张力疝修补术的手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,住院时间和术后疼痛时间更短,并发症发生率和复发率更低,更为安全可靠,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜疝修补术和无张力疝修补术均是目前腹股沟疝患者的良好选择,具有手术时间短、疼痛轻、并发症少、复发率低的特点,值得临床推广使用。

The comparative observation on curative effect of laparoscopic hernia repair,tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernioplasty for inguinal hernia

Objective To investigate the curative effects of laparoscopic hernia repair,tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernioplasty for inguinal hernia.Method the clinical data of 410 patients with inguinal hernia were analyzed retrospectively,according to the different modes of operation,the patients were divided into 3 groups,3 groups were compared after operation,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume of patients,hospital stay and postoperative pain,and to evaluate the postoperative complications and recurrence.Results Compared with the traditional hernia repair,laparoscopic herniorrhaphy and tension-free hernia repair with shorter operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time and postoperative pain was shorter,the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate was lower,more safe and reliable,by comparison,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion Laparoscopic herniorrhaphy and tension-free hernia repair is a good choice for patients with inguinal hernia,with shorter operation time,pain,less complications,low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical use.
