老年烧伤患者免疫状态及营养状况变化规律研究

目的研究老年烧伤患者免疫状态及营养状况变化规律。方法本院近年收治老年烧伤患者42例,与同期中青年烧伤患者50例患者对比,通过血清总蛋白（TP）、前白蛋白（PreA）、白蛋白（ALB）等指标变化分析老年患者的免疫状态和营养状况。结果老年患者免疫状态较正常人群及中青年组变化明显,营养状态上,在TP、PreA、ALB、Hb、CHE上均较中青年组下降明显（P〈0.05）,其中老年女性烧伤患者在上述指标的下降上较男性明显。结论老年烧伤患者普遍存在营养不良现象,且年龄越大,营养不良发生率越高,女性营养不良率高于男性。应当根据患者的具体情况进行适当的营养支持。

Change rule research on immune and burned nutrition status of elderly patients

Objective To study the change rule of immune and burned nutrition status of elderly patients. Methods There were 42 cases of burn patients in our hospital in recent years, and contrast with 50 young and middle-aged burns patients, to analyze immune and nutrition status serum of elderly patients by total protein（TP） and prealbumin（PreA）, albumin（such as propagated） index. Results Elderly patients with immune body changes more obvious than the young and middle-aged group, nutritional status decreased significantly, on TP, PreA, ALB, Hb, CHE, compared with relatively young and middle-aged group（P〈0.05）, with older women burn patients on the above indexes fell more obvious than men do. Conclusion Malnutrition is common in elderly patients with burns and and age, the higher the incidence of malnutrition, malnutrition female than for male. We shall conducted proper nutrition support according to the specific condition of patients.
