分析联合检测血清总胆汁酸与肝功能酶学指标在临床诊断肝脏疾病中的应用价值

目的：探讨联合检测血清总胆汁酸（TBA）与肝功能酶学指标在临床诊断肝脏疾病中的应用价值。方法选取2012年6月~2013年9月在本院住院治疗的肝脏疾病患者120例（其中急性肝炎30例，肝硬化50例，肝癌40例）和40例健康对照组，分别检测其血清TBA与肝功能酶学指标含量，分别比较各组指标的浓度变化。结果急性肝炎组、肝硬化组以及肝癌组和健康组相比，血清TBA、ALT、AST、GGT和ALP水平明显偏高；急性肝炎组TBA水平最高，肝硬化组、肝癌组TBA水平均低于急性肝炎组（P〈0.05）。结论联合检测血清总胆汁酸与肝功能酶学指标在临床实践中对了解和诊断肝脏疾病有着一定的意义，值得在临床上推广。

Application value of combined detection of serum total bile acid and liver function enzymes in clinical diagnosis of liver diseases

Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of serum total bile acid and liver function enzymes in clinical diagnosis of liver diseases.Methods There were 120 patients with liver disease treated patients （including 30 cases, 50 cases of acute hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma in 40 cases） and 40 cases of healthy as control group from June 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital, the serum TBA and liver function enzymes were detected in each group were compared, concentration index.Results In acute hepatitis group, liver cirrhosis group and liver cancer group and healthy group, serum TBA, ALT, AST, GGT and ALP level was significantly higher; acute liver inflammatory group had the highest TBA level, liver cirrhosis group, hepatic carcinoma group were lower than TBA level in acute hepatitis group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined detection of serum total bile acid and liver function enzymes in clinical practice for the understanding and diagnosis of liver disease have a certain significance, so it is worthy of clinical popularization.
