冠心病与血浆脂联素、高敏C-反应蛋白的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨冠心病患者血浆脂联素、高敏C-反应蛋白的相关性。方法:选择冠心病患者82例,分为急性心肌梗死组22例,不稳定型心绞痛组30例,稳定型心绞痛组30例,正常对照组30例,测定血浆脂联素和高敏C-反应蛋白水平,进行对比分析。结果:冠心病组患者血浆脂联素水平明显降低,且稳定型心绞痛组、不稳定型心绞痛组、急性心肌梗死组3组血浆脂联素依次降低,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);冠心病组患者血浆高敏C-反应蛋白水平明显升高,且稳定型心绞痛组、不稳定型心绞痛组、急性心肌梗死组3组血浆高敏C-反应蛋白依次升高,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。冠心病组患者血浆脂联素水平与高敏C-反应蛋白呈负相关(r=0.46,P<0.01)。结论:冠心病患者代表抗炎因素的血浆脂联素显著降低,代表炎症活跃的高敏C-反应蛋白显著升高,两者结合应用可以为早期抗炎治疗及对预后判断提供依据。

Relationship between plasma adiponectin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract:Objective To investigate the plasma adiponectin in patients with coronary heart disease and high sensitivity C-reactive protein expression and correlation.Method 82 cases of coronary heart disease patients who were chosen,were divided into 22 cases of acute myocardial infarction group,30 cases with not stable angina pectoris group,30 cases with stable angina pectoris group and 30 cases of normal group.The determination of plasma plasma adiponectin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein level,were analyzed.Results Plasma adiponectin levels in patients with coronary heart disease group was obviously reduced,and stable angina pectoris,not stable angina pectoris,acute myocardial infarction 3 group serum adiponectin in turn reduce,the difference between groups was statistically significant (P〈0.01) ; Plasma high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels significantly higher,and stable angina pectoris,not stable angina pectoris,acute myocardial infarction 3 group serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein in turn higher,the difference between groups was statistically significant (P〈0.01) .Conclusion In the patients with coronary heart disease,plasma adiponectin of represents the anti-inflammatory factors decreased significantly,serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein on behalf of inflammatory activity significant rise,a combination of these applications can be in his early anti-inflammatory treatment and provide a basis for prognostic judgement.
