脑复康—胆碱制剂优化组合的探索

摘    要:在自行设计的多道穿梭测试系统内,使几个动物同步进行穿梭道音/电击条件性主动回避行为的学习试验,并固定药物总剂量,使一成分用量递减而另一成分相应增加。初步测得复合制剂中脑复康的含量减少时,仍出现同样程度的促智效应,而不出现胆碱的毒性。

Abstract:The shuttle voice/shock conditional active avoidance test wasconducted with multiple-passage shuttle meter, using 100 mg/kg total dose withdifferent ratio of two components. The preliminary research in mice showedwhen in the piracetam (P) -chloine (C) preparation the ratio of P and C was 1:1or 1:4, the efficacy was approximately the same as the 100 mg/kg of P, andno toxicity of C was observed.
