摘    要:研究了某些还原剂(K_4Fe(CN)_6,NaS_2O_4,NaBH_4,H_2O_2)对Cu,Zn-SOD的失活和还原作用。并用电子顺磁共振观察了SOD被还原前后的波谱变化。

Abstract:Reduction and inactivation of Cu, Zn-SOD by reducing agents suchas K_4Fe (CN)_6, Na_2S_2O_4, NaBH_4 and H_2O_2 was described. EPR was used to de-termine the oxidation state of copper in Cu,Zn-SOD treated with NaBH_4 orH_2O_2.
