补肾中药对青春期大鼠下丘脑生长抑素基因表达与蛋白表达的影响

为探讨补肾中药对下丘脑—室周核—生长抑素(SS)的调节作用。24只青春期雌性大鼠分为4组，A组喂饲生理盐水1个月，B组喂饲滋阴泻火中药(生地黄、炙龟板、黄柏、知母等)2个月，C组喂饲生理盐水2个月，D组先喂饲滋阴泻火中药1个月，再喂饲益肾填精药(熟地黄、龟板胶、淫羊藿、鹿角胶等)1个月。采用原位杂交、免疫组化技术检测下丘脑室周核SS mRNA及SS蛋白表达水平。结果：与A组相比B组上述两指标均上调；D组与B组相比，此两项指标显著下调，与C组相比无明显变化。提示：滋阴泻火与益肾填精中药可通过对下丘脑生长抑素基因表达与蛋白表达的调控，来调节垂体生长激素的合成及释放。

Influence of Kidney-Nourishing Medicines on Gene and Protein Expressions of Hypothalamic Somatostation

To investigate the regulating effects of kidney-nourishing medicines on hypothalamus-hypophysis-somatostatin,24 adolescent female rats were randomized into four groups.Group A was fed with normal saline for 1 month,group B with herbal medicines effective to enrich yin and drain fire for 2 months,group C with normal saline for 2 months,group D with herbal medicines effective to enrich yin and drain fire for 1 month and subsequent medicines effective to enrich kidney essence for another month.mRNA and protein expressions of hypothalamic somatostatin were detected.Results:They increased in group B as compared to group A;they decreased in both groups D and B;they changes little in group C.It is indicated that herbal medicines above may control mRNA and protein expressions of hypothalamic somatostatin to regulate the synthesis and release of pituitary growth hormone.
