抗癫痫药物影响血浆纤维蛋白原水平分析

目的:探讨口服抗癫痫药物对患者血浆纤维蛋白原(fibrinogenemia,Fbg)水平的影响。方法:对410例服用抗癫痫患者的临床特点、凝血功能、肝功能、血小板计数等资料进行回顾性研究。结果:59例癫痫患者的Fbg水平低于正常水平。结论:对于口服抗癫痫药物患者需注意凝血功能,特别是Fbg的变化,尤其当该类患者行外科手术、严重外伤等情况,若Fbg定量检查低于正常,应该及时补充,避免因凝血功能障碍导致相应的临床症状。

The analysis of oral antiepileptic drugs on fibrinogen level

Objective:To explore the influence of oral antiepileptic drugs on fibrinogen level of epilepsy patients.Meth- ods:Retrospective study was applied to explore the clinical features,coagulation function,liver function and platelet count of 410 epilepsy patients.Results:Fibrinogen levels of 59 patients were below the normal value.Conclusions:The coagulation function,especially the fibrinogen level of epilepsy patients who take oral antiepileptic drugs should be careful- ly monitored.Low fibrinogen level should be promptly corrected in the situation of surgical operations and serious trauma to avoid coagulative dysfunction.
