| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年胃癌患者术后早期营养支持方式及疗效。方法78例老年胃癌患者随机分为两组,肠内营养（enteral nutrition,EN）组40例与肠外营养（parenteral nutrition,PN）组38例。EN组均采取术中放置十二指肠营养管,术后第2 d开始行肠内营养。PN组术后第1 d开始行中心静脉营养支持。结果两组患者在术后并发症方面无明显差异,但EN组术后住院日、住院总费用、营养相关费用等卫生经济学指标明显优于PN组（P〈0.05）。结论老年胃癌患者术后早期营养支持有利于机体恢复,与PN组相比,EN具有方便、安全等优点,且性价比高,值得推广应用。
