米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠10~14周86例临床观察

目的:探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠的临床应用效果,减少流产并发症。方法:将138例自愿要求终止10~14周妊娠的健康妇女分为两组,钳刮组52例,术前前1天宫颈管内插入导尿管,次日行钳刮人流术;药流组86例,口服米非司酮50mg共4次,第3天口服(或阴道放药)米索前列醇0·6mg。比较两种方法的效果。结果:药流组在流产中及流产后阴道流血及持续时间、子宫体压痛、感染均少于钳刮组(P<0·05),而子宫复旧、月经复潮及月经规则要早于钳刮组。结论:分次口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇是目前最佳的终止10~14周妊娠的流产方式。

Termination of 10 ～14 Weeks's Gestation with Mifepristone Plus Misoprostol: Observation in 86 Cases

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combining with misoprostol for termination of 10~14 weeks's gestation.Methods:138 healthy women with 10~14 weeks' pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups.In carettaye group (52 cases ):Put urine tube into cervix in the first day ,then 24 hours later clothe curettage.In medicinal abortion group (86 cases ):Women took mifepristone 50mg orally per 12 hours for 2 days ,and 48 hours later misoprostol 6mg orally or given vaginally.Results:The bleeding time and the infection rate of uterus in the medicinal abortion group were significantly shorter and lower thun those in the carettage gyoup(P<0.05).While the recovery of uterus and nenstruation were more early.Conclusion:Mifepristone orally plus misoprostol is the best methal for termination of 10~14 wees's gestation today..
