论"人本化"的教学理念

摘    要:教学理念是教学过程中用以指导教学行为的教学思想观念,是教师对教学的本质深刻理解和把握基础上的高度概括和系统化,它必须深刻揭示教学的本质,反映教学活动的追求.人是教学的对象和最终归宿,教学的根本目的是为了人的发展.针对传统课堂教学中"只见知识不见人"的现象,"人本化"的教学理念强调"以人为本",从学生的生活世界出发,以尊重学生人格为基点,以师生之间的情感为纽带,以培养完善的人性、促进潜能的充分发展为主要特征.

Abstract:s: Teaching theories refer to the ideas for the guidance of teaching activities. Set to reveal the nature of teaching and reflect the goal of teaching activities, teaching theories are in essence an epitome and systematization on the basis of teachers' keen perception of the nature of teaching. Students, whose academic development lies at the core of the aim of teaching, are thus the target and ultimate end of teaching. On guard against the traditional Chinese practice of cramming the students with sheer knowledge in class, the humanistic teaching theory emphasizes the demands of individual students, featured by a hands-on approach, respect for students' personalities, a strong bond between teachers and students, perfection of students' characters and, tapping students' potentiality to its full.
