教学理念是教学过程中用以指导教学行为的教学思想观念,是教师对教学的本质深刻理解和把握基础上的高度概括和系统化,它必须深刻揭示教学的本质,反映教学活动的追求.人是教学的对象和最终归宿,教学的根本目的是为了人的发展.针对传统课堂教学中"只见知识不见人"的现象,"人本化"的教学理念强调"以人为本",从学生的生活世界出发,以尊重学生人格为基点,以师生之间的情感为纽带,以培养完善的人性、促进潜能的充分发展为主要特征.
