摘    要:目的建立联苯菊酯制剂中甲醛的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法联苯菊酯制剂经蒸馏后,收集馏分于乙酸钠缓冲液中,加入2,4-二硝基苯肼进行衍生化,生成甲醛-2,4-二硝基苯腙,乙酸乙酯萃取,经浓缩、定容后,用带有紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪进行定量分析。结果在甲醛-2,4-二硝基苯腙浓度为1~100mg/kg范围内,工作曲线线性关系良好;标样添加浓度为2、10、50mg/kg时,添加回收率分别为73.4%、76.2%、70.7%,相对标准偏差分别为1.7%、2.4%、1.6%;最低检测限为0.1mg/kg。结论液相色谱法能够较准确地检测出联苯菊酯制剂中甲醛的含量。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method of determining the formaldehyde in bifenthrin by HPLC. Methods Derivatization reaction occurred between formaldehyde and DNPH in Sodium acetate buffer. The product was extracted with ethyl acetate to remove most of the impurities, concentrated and then detected by HPLC with a UV detector. Results The liner relationship was fine within the concentration of 1 - 100 mg/kg. When adding a concentration of 2,10 and 50 mg/kg, the average recoveries were 73.4 % ,76.2 % and 70.7 % respectively, and the relative standard deviations were 1.7 % ,2.4 % and 1.6 % respectively. Detection limit was 0.1 mg/kg. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and applicable to the routine testing of formaldehyde in bifenthrin.
