| Abstract: | Vertical banded gastroplasty is currently closest to the ideal gastric restrictive procedure for the surgical treatment of obesity. A modification of the technique of vertical banded gastroplasty can be successfully used to revise a failed high gastric reduction for morbid obesity. |
