非创伤性充填技术在乳磨牙龋病治疗的推广总结（附112例，225颗乳磨牙病例介绍）

目的:推广适应儿童的非创伤性充填技术(ART)总结应用ART治疗乳磨牙龋病的临床效果。 方法 于2001年选取112名6岁-8岁儿童 225颗乳磨牙 采用ART技术 跟踪随访1年。 结果 成功195颗 失败30颗 成功率86 8％。结论 ART技术是一项只用手工器械去除龋坏组织 并用粘结性修复材料修复 龋洞的治疗技术 对儿童乳磨牙龋病早期治疗有实用价值 并有利于开展群防群治。

The Summary of Popularizing Atraumatic Restorative Treatment of Milk Tooth and Molar Caries (introduction of 112 cases and 225 milk tooth and molar caries)

Objective Popularization of Atraumatic Restorative Treatment (ART) adapting to children and summary of the treating effect of ART in treating milk tooth and molar caries Methods Adapted ART technology and followed the tracks for one year, 112 children aged 6 to 8 were tested with their 225 milk tooth and molar in 2001 Result 195 milk tooth and molar caries were successful and 30 failed, the successful rate was 86 8 percent Conclusion ART technology which has a practical value in early treatment of children s milk tooth and molar caries and is beneficial to preventing and treating milk tooth and molar caries among the masses is one kind of treatment technology used for removing dead caries tissue with only appliances by hand and for repairing tooth cavity with euplastic repairing materials
