| 摘 要： | 近年来早期龋变的定义和诊断阈值发生了重要的变化,向着更早期的亚临床水平延伸.从亚临床龋变概念的提出、亚临床龋变的早期诊断标准、亚临床龋变诊断研究面临的问题和挑战、亚临床龋变的早期干预和效果评估、前景展望6个方面介绍这一国际龋病研究领域有意义的变化,以提高人们对龋病的认识水平、早期诊断水平和干预能力.

| Abstract: | The definition and diagnostic threshold of early caries have been changed to even earlier stage of subclinical level in recent years. This article tries to introduce the significant changes in the area of caries research, including the raise of the concept, the diagnostic standard, the problems and challenges facing, the interference and the treatment effect assessments of early stage subclinical caries. The prospect of the research is discussed as well to enhance the level of awareness and diagnosis and interference capability. |
