Advance in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Male Infertility with Varicocele

Both male infertility and varicocele are common diseases for reproductive age male,and often come together,and interfere with each other.This article introduces the incidence of varicocele in male infertility and the mechanism of male infertility induced with varicocele.We explain treatment related problems concerning male infertility with varicocele in details.The common treatment methods are operation,non-operation and artificial reproductice techniques,and pay more attention to the varicocelectomy,including its effectiveness,indication,operative protocol,prognosis and the mechanism for the improvement of sperm quality.
