| 摘 要： | 在人类辅助生殖技术周期中,超声测定子宫内膜厚度可以反映内膜功能状态,并且与妊娠率呈正相关。本文分别从药物给与、激素调节和手术方式虽均能改善薄型子宫内膜的厚度,但目前对于改善薄型子宫内膜的方法仍处在摸索中,需进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Ultrasound measurement of endometrial thickness reflects the endometrial receptivity.The endometrial thickness shows the positive correlation to the pregnancy rate.Although there are many different treatments of the thin endometrium avaliable,such as medicine treatment,hormone therapy and operation,more effective approches are still needed.The purpose of this essay is to review the evaluation and improvement of the thin endometrium. |
