0.1%阿达帕林凝胶与紫外负离子喷雾联合治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨0.1%阿达帕林凝胶与紫外负离子喷雾联合治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:治疗组(50例)采用每周3次给予紫外负离子喷雾治疗的同时,每晚外用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶,治疗8周,并与单独外用0.1阿达帕林凝胶治疗(对照组1)及单独给予紫外负离子喷雾治疗(对照组2)进行对照。结果:治疗组治愈率达42.0%,有效率达86.0%。对照1的治愈率和有效率分别为23.4%、68.1%;对照组2的治愈率和有效率分别为12.5%、47.9S%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论:0.1%阿达帕林凝胶与紫外负离子喷雾联合治疗寻常痤疮是一种有效、安全的方法。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect on combining 0 1% adpalene gel with ultraviolet radiation minus hydronium spray for acne vulgaris Methods:The trial group(50 cases)were treated for 8 weeks by offered 0 1% adpalene gel for external application every night while using ultraviolet radiation minus hydronium spray Contrasting effect with 0 1% adpalene gel for external application only(the control group 1)and using ultraviolet radiation minus hydronium spray only(the control group 2) Results:The cruability and effective rate of the trial group were separately:42 0% and 86 0% while the control group 1 were separately:23 4% and 68 1%;the control group 2 were separately:12 5% and 47 9% The effect was notable distinction between combining therapy and two control groups Conclusion:Combining 0 1% adpalene gel with ultraviolet radiation minus hydronium spray for acne vulgaris is an effective and safe therapy
