膀胱功能训练联合拔管前充盈膀胱预防直肠癌术后尿潴留的效果

目的探讨直肠癌患者术后行膀胱功能训练和拔尿管前注入0.9%生理盐水预防尿潴留的效果。方法将60例术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例,实验组术后第1天起行膀胱功能训练,并于拔尿管前注入0.9%生理盐水250ml。对照组按常规方法拔尿管前排空膀胱,让患者有尿意时自行排尿,比较2组患者第一次排尿时间及排尿有效率。结果实验组排尿有效率为90.0%,对照组排尿有效率为83.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。拔管后实验组第1次平均排尿时间为(1.25±0.18)h,对照组为(2.05±0.21)h,2组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论术后膀胱功能训练联合拔尿管前注入0.9%生理盐水能有效预防拔尿管后尿潴留的发生。
