乙型肝炎肝静脉彩色多普勒超声特点

目的探讨慢性肝炎肝静脉频谱波形的变化特点及其对肝纤维化、肝硬化病变程度估计的临床意义。方法应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,共检测了143例患者,25例健康正常人。将健康正常人肝静脉频谱与慢性肝病组的肝静脉频谱改变进行对照分析,并依据肝功能及临床诊断进行分析。结果肝右静脉频谱波形中,HV1、HV2型可能与临床诊断中肝硬化相关;另加分的HV0亚型及HV1亚型与临床诊断中肝纤维化程度密切相关。结论利用彩色多普勒超声观察慢性肝病患者的频谱波形改变特点,特别是利用HV0亚型及HV1亚型两型,可以及早提示肝纤维化,对病变程度进行估计,指导临床治疗。

Hepatic vein characteristics by color doppler ultrasound doppler in chronic hepatitis B

Objective To discuss the changes of chronic hepatitis hepatic vein doppler waveform and the clinical significance of it on hepatic fibrosis,liver cirrhosis grade estimation.Methods 143 chronic hepatitis patients and 25 healthy persons were detected by color doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument.The spectrum waveform in healthy person and chronic hepatitis patients were analyzed based on the liver function and clinical diagnosis.Results In right hepatic vein waveform spectrum,HV1,HV2 may be related with cirrhosis of clinical diagnosis;HV0 subtype and HV1 subtype were closely related with liver fibrosis of clinical diagnosis.Conclusion According to observe the changes of spectrum waveform of chronic liver disease by color doppler ultrasound,especially by HV0 subtype and HV1 subtype,it can discover liver fibrosis effectively,so it can evaluate the prognosis of the disease and guide the therapy.
