| 摘 要： | Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路是人类胚胎发育时的重要信号通路,在成熟个体,可能与维持胃部正常功能有关。研究显示Hh信号与H.pylori相关性胃炎、肠化及胃癌等疾病有关。本文就Hh信号通路与胃部疾病的关系的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Hedgehog(Hh) signaling pathway,which plays a critical role in human embryonic development,may be important for homeostasis of the adult stomach.Researches reveal that Hh signal is related with H.pylori-associated gastritis,intestinal metaplasia and stomach cancer.This review focused on the progress of Hh in stomach diseases. |
