康复新联合瑞巴派特治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

目的观察康复新联合瑞巴派特保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法行电子结肠镜检查确诊的120例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用瑞巴派特+康复新+生理盐水混合后保留灌肠,每天1次;对照组用康复新+生理盐水保留灌肠,方法同治疗组。治疗12周后用结肠镜复查,观察其疗效和安全性。结果治疗组12周临床显效率、总有效率分别为71.0%和96.8%。对照组分别为44.8%和75.9%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论康复新联合瑞巴派特保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效显著。

Therapeutic effects of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Rebamipide in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effects of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Rebamipide in the lavation treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 120 cases of ulcerative colitis patients confirmed by electronic colonoscopy examination were divided into two groups: treatment group(TG) and control group(CG).TG patients received lavation treatment using Rebamipide mixed with Kangfuxin liquid and NS,while CG patients received treatment using the mix of Kangfuxin liquid and NS,once per day for a period of 12 weeks.At the end of the treatment period,all patients were re-examined,and the therapeutic effects were observed and recorded.Results Clinical remmision rate and total efficiency rate for TG patients were 71.0% and 96.8%,and for CG patients were 44.8% and 75.9%,respectively.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kangfuxin liquid and Rebamipide has satisfactory therapeutic effects on lavation treatment of ulcerative colitis.
