| 摘 要： | 人体胆汁中含有大量以IgA为主的免疫球蛋白,其能通过胆汁转运到肠道并参与局部免疫反应。从上世纪70年代开始,大量研究者开始从事胆汁IgA的研究,以尝试找出IgA在胆道中的形成途径和其在疾病发生中的作用。本文通过回顾相关文献,就胆汁中IgA的形成及其与疾病的关系作一综述。

| Abstract: | In human beings,the major immune protein in bile is IgA.It can be transported through bile to intestinal tract and then functions as one part of local immunoreaction.Since the 1970s,many researchers have worked on them to find how they formed and what is the role they plays in diseases.In this article,we review lots of papers to try to summarize the formation of IgA in bile and the relationship between them and diseases. |
