摘    要:目的分析乌鲁木齐市1999~2004年性传播疾病(STD)的流行动态与流行特点,为制定相应的有效预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法使用性病疫情管理软件和Epi Info软件,对乌鲁木齐市1999~2004年的性病疫情资料进行流行病学分析。结果6年累计报告STD病例31 155例,年均发病率为303.70/10万。STD发病率呈逐年上升态势,由1999年的123.78/10万上升至2004年的475.96/10万,病种构成也发生较大改变,非淋菌性尿道炎的构成跃居第一位,艾滋病病毒感染者的报告逐年增加,增长幅度大。男女性别比发生改变,自2003年起女性STD发病率高于男性。结论乌鲁木齐市是艾滋病流行严重的地区,近几年性病疫情也呈快速增长趋势,并且性病流行谱和人群分布特征均发生了较大改变,提示我们在制定防治措施和合理分配资源方面应做相应调整和积极开展健康教育工作。

Abstract:Objective To understand trends and epidemiological features of sexually transmitted diseases(STD) in Urumqi from 1999 to 2004 and provide scientific evidence for developing preventive strategies.Methods STD case-reporting data and population data of Urumqi from 1999 to 2004 were analyzed with the special software of the National STD Database Management System and Epi-info.Results The average incidence rate of the 6 notifiable STD was 303.70/100,000 per year and the average increase rate per year was 25.16% which showed an increasing trend obviously from 1999 to 2004.Among these STDs,the order was changed when NGU began to rank the first.What is more,HIV had a great increase.The incidence rate of female cases were more than that of male cases.Conclusions The epidemic of HIV has been serious as well as STD in Urumqi.A great change has taken place in STD epidemic pattern and epidemiological features of population.All this reminded us that we need to readjust control strategies and redistribute resources.Health education should be strengthened.
