| 摘 要： | 目的 观察甲状腺乳头状癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)的表达及其对癌微血管生成和转移的影响。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测115例甲状腺乳头状癌组织中MMP-2的表达和微血管密度(MVD)。结果 甲状腺乳头状癌组织MMP-2阳性表达率为74．8％(86／115)。MMP-2的阳性表达与甲状腺乳头状癌患者的淋巴结转移和血管密度密切相关。结论 MMP-2与甲状腺乳头状癌新生血管的形成及转移密切相关，提示MMP-2在甲状腺乳头状癌早期转移具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-2 and its effect on intratumour microvessel density (MVD) and metastasis in papillary carcinomas of thyroid.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MMP2 and MVD in 10 nodular goiter, 115 papillary carcinomas of thyroid.Results The expression rate of MMP-2 in papillary carcinomas of thyroid was 74.8% (86/115).The overexpression of MMP-2 and intratumor MVD were related to lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The overexpression of MMP-2 is strongly related to intratumour MVD and lymph-node metastasis.It shown that MMP-2 might had important singnificance in early lymph-node metastases of papillary carcinomas of thyroid. |
