复合型鼻畸形与鼻成形术

本文报告复合型鼻畸形与鼻成形术２０例，根据鼻畸形的特点，采用不同的外鼻进路完成鼻成形术．其中常规切口６例，鼻小柱穹隆部半弧形切口４例，鼻小柱蝶形切口６例，改良蝶形Ⅰ型２例，改良蝶形Ⅱ型２例．手术均获成功，效果良好．讨论了手术进路的选择和并发症的防治．

The Complex Nasal Deformities and Rhinoplasty

This paper reports 20 cases of the complex nasal deformities for rhinoplasty.Of them were 6 of saddle nose with tip ptosis,2 of saddle nose with septal deviation,2 of hump nose with tip ptosis,and 10 of deviate nose with septal deviation, According to the characteristics of deformity performed the operations,6 of rutine incision,4 of columellar to vault incision,6 of the gull-wing columellar incision,2 of the improves gull-wing columellar incision Ⅰ,and 2 of the improves gull-wing columellar incision Ⅱ.These operative approach and methods could satisfy exposed part of the deformity and reached excellent results,Accurate closure of the transcolumellar incision helps to ensure a good scar.
