| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良睑板-Muller肌切除术治疗轻度上睑下垂的疗效。方法轻度上睑下垂16例(16只眼),行改良睑板Muller肌切除术治疗,术后随访至少3个月。结果 16例中13例完全矫正,3例基本矫正,眼睑外形满意。结论改良睑板-Muller肌切除术操作简便,术后并发症少,矫治轻度上睑下垂疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the operative methods of modified Fasenella-Servat for ptosis and the operative effect. Methods mild ptosis 16 cases were treated with modified Fasenella-Servat and follow-up at least for 3 months.Result 13 of 16 cases were corrected, 3 cases were fundamentally corrected and produced for desirable eyelid contour. Conclusion Modified Fasenella-Servat is easy and effective method for mild p(?)osis with little complication. |
